Assistant Back Office Manager
Current- As an Assistant Back Office Manager, my duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support Back Office Manager & ensure documentation is accurate & complied for audit requirement
- Training, Inducting & Teaching New & Employed Staff - the CRM Software (YARDI Voyager)
- Processing of EJARI Requests
- Coordinating with IT, Legal, Procurement & other supporting Departments for Intra-Service tasks
- Updating of banking, pipeline, weekly & monthly spreadsheets and reports
