• Responsible for creating and uploading newsletters twice a week (Tuesday & Friday) with pertinent course updates information for the members, utilizing Constant Contact website.• Responsible for creating and uploading flyers for all events happening at the OLLI utilizing Canva.• Responsible for the uploading of the OLLI catalog for each semester into Canva to be integrated into the DCIE website. • Provided program membership information and course registration assistance both in-person and on the phone.• Assisted members with the registration process every semester within DCIE’s Destiny One platform, to include set up of their accounts and assistance with uploading courses into their shopping cart; both on the telephone and in person.• Organized and created a step-by-step document, including videos, to help the members transition to the new Destiny One registration system, implemented during the summer of 2024. • Conducted on the ground tutorial classes for the members on how to create an account and navigate the new Destiny One registration system. • Served as the OLLI technical assistant for all technological related issues that arise for the OLLI instructors.
