I am responsible for maintaining the global SaaS Provisioning file. This report is provided to Infor’s SaaS Operations teams along with weekly/daily calls with the teams to expedite the provisioning of all new SaaS deals for revenue recognition purposes. I work closely with the VP of SaaS Operations daily during quarter-ends and provide a customized dashboard for daily executive updates. I review all global SaaS agreements, over 3,500 contracts annually, to verify the eligibility and accuracy of the Booking status along with the individual product splits essentially acting as the internal “Booking Committee.” The SaaS ACV Bookings are uploaded to Infor’s internal financial system of record, CPM. This metric is used by the executive teams for planning initiatives as well as company-wide updates.This role requires a pretty extension knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internal reporting resources as well as a close working relationship with multiple internal teams including RevRec, Deal Desk, Order Entry, Compensation, SaaS Sales FP&A, and SaaS Operations.

I was responsible for maintaining software service and maintenance contracts for roughly 150 customers and $9.5M in annual maintenance and subscription revenue. I consistently met and exceeded my personal quarterly renewal rate targets. Periodically, I served as the backup for my manager for all team forecasting purposes. I managed the insurance billing for the medical office of three total providers. I created and implemented a hard-copy template (prior to electronic billing requirements) for the providers to use to increase their efficiency while seeing the patients. This template maximized the revenue as more specific and specialized ICD-9 codes were able to be identified quickly by the providers.I also took ownership of the office’s basic IT needs including leading the electronic billing transition training as the governmental mandates were approaching. Additionally, I acted as office manager for roughly six months while the previous manager was on a leave of absence.
