This will involve me needing to know specific handling instructions for the client when dealing with motor insurance claims, with both my colleagues and the client relying on me for ongoing support. Presenting - system training to my team supplying knowledge gained from Validus using a programme called Verify/Verisk. Customer management and accountability – Dealing with ‘out of hours’ calls for different claims and complaints management. I am able to receive and give feedback. This is a phone based role where I manage my own personal caseload and regularly have to adapt in a challenging environment whilst remaining professional.
