Management of all jobs at any one given time including overseeing works in multiple states at any given time, including supervising onsite for all large scale Machine installed Hardstand areas. In the past few years managing all areas of works and site supervision including operating and having sound Knowledge of all machinery to complete over 450,000 square meters of machine laid paving Hardstand and Port container yards. Some of these jobs include Tomago Westrac facility Newcastle for Abi Group, Port Botany Knuckle Sydney for Fulton Hogan, RAAF Base Woomera for Fulton Hogan, Mining Hardstands and multiple toll Container yards around Australia for Ahrens Group. All of these jobs have been completed with largely 100 percent site presence operating Probst Laying and Screeding machines there for having to manage all other projects after hours. Other duties Include;• On all standard and nonstandard contracts, provideing redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with clients until consensus has been reached.• Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.• As needed, provide guidance on contract matters to supervisors and managers or other operational staff, including training to new supervisors or managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures. • Monitoring transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)• Optimise size and skill set of staff to deliver cost savings when work load dries up, but always keeping staff at the required levels prior to large contracts commenceing.• Management of HR and OH&S of all staff.• Ensure all contracts, projects and sites are ready to commence prior to mobilisation to site.• Control and coordinate all Sub contractors used by the company.Sound knowledge of paving machine operator, machine laid paving.
