Working in the Marines i was a young man like many. Young dumb and full of energy I operated like most at my age nearsighted. Leaders ahead of me saw potential I was promoted ahead of my peers. I was catapulted by the efforts of the Marines that served under me. I had some of the best Marines. We were in communication we would come in to an A.O. and communications would be red across the board. My team would turn to board green in weeks. This used to be extremely important to execute operational security and operational efficiency. My team and I were highly awarded for our efforts in Iraq. I am very grateful for the men and women I served next to.
