As the Core Engineering team grew, Ryan stepped up to lead the company's support engineering team in it's never-ending onslaught of new customer needs. Ryan worked with multiple teams and departments to re-engineer business processes to remove common roadblocks, optimize successful ticket turnaround time, and improve inter-team documentation, communication, and collaboration. Ryan's role grew to encompass new engineer onboarding, scrum management, creation of useful team metrics, among other responsibilities in this amalgamation of Tech Lead and Team Lead roles.

Ryan continued his work with the engineering teams at Core Informatics, embarking on larger scale projects re-engineering areas of the application to minimize technical debt, facilitating the unencumbered growth of new features and optimizations, and driving forward initiatives to secure application security and stability.

Ryan's work encompassed all ends of the development life cycle, from working with clients directly to derive project requirements, implementing solutions across the full application stack, demonstrating prototypes to stakeholders, deploying the polished product to it's end users, and providing additional enhancements to meet their future needs.

Ryan worked with a team of engineers to develop and deploy a JSON REST API, security policies, and a client-facing web application for Inbox Health’s core server application (Ruby on Rails, EmberJS, Postgres JQuery...)
