I have been a federal law enforcement officer for over 12 years, and I am passionate about protecting the public and ensuring the integrity of the mail system. I hold a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in public safety, and I have a strong background in financial and cyber crime investigations.As a postal inspector at the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), I apply my skills and knowledge to prevent and solve complex cases involving fraud, identity theft, and hazardous materials. I have been assigned to different teams and functions, such as the Detroit Headquarters Financial Crime Team, the National Cyber Team, and the Workplace Violence and Security Team. I have leveraged postal databases, such as eReg, COARS, Informed Delivery, AHR and RIPS, to further cases spanning multi-states and overseas. I have also served as a dangerous mail inspector, identifying and mitigating hazardous materials in the mail stream. Additionally, I have used BTC on the dark web in an undercover capacity to purchase credit cards from local banks.
