Including ceramic bearings, shaft balancing, housing assemblies, vibration analysis, coating for corrosion protection, and life span reliability.• Assist with site wide root cause analysis (RCA), reliability centered maintenance (RCM), preventative maintenance (PM), and management of change (MOC) programs. • Involved with site capital projects and promoting new capital spending for maintenance and reliability departments through maintenance of business, process safety management, revenue generation, and production increase.• Provided training presentations for Millwrights, Machinists, and Technicians on high pressure engineering fundamentals and mechanical integrity.• Extensive knowledge of SAP - Function locations, bill of materials, work orders, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and equipment lists.• Work with the following computer programs: SAP, ProjectWise, Fluidlife, AMS Machinery, MathCad, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
