Current Job Role:• To ensure the right qualities and quantities of incoming material into site• To give direction to the purchasers around the UK regarding purchasing prices• Develop material streams from external suppliers on a national and international basis • Implement procedures for pre and post valuations on material streams• Work closely with site operation teams to ensure correct processing for material streams• Forecast the incoming materials on a monthly and annual basis • To tender for all Incinerated Bottom Ash (IBA) material in UK and France and help operations with the quality checks through the processing lines.• To complete all audits from external companies Key Achievements: • Gaining more knowledge regarding precious metal recovery • Improving negotiation skills • Increasing IBA material from 100T p/m to 1200T p/m in a 6 months period• Gaining more knowledge in the separation and grades of material in the WEEE, IBA, Precious Metals materials.• Completed my WAMITAB while in this role• Representing the site and business on a national and international basis at marketing events• Part of the UK Management Team

• Ensure quality of incoming material was as informed• Develop a better understanding of separation within the different grades of material • To ensure all materials were processed in a safe and productive manner• To liaise with the production manager and work together to get the best efficiency from the site• To manager and control the staff on a daily basis• Ensuring all Health and Safety and Environmental issues were adhered to• Ability to report to the UK Management Team on productivity and cost savings• Planning production reports to maximise productivity

Job Role:• To develop material streams from external suppliers around the UK • To generate new leads and convert those leads to business• Talk directly to the site and discuss the potential of new business • Have regular review meeting with large clients • Negotiate terms with customers ranging from local recyclers to blue chip organisations
