Responsible for providing logistics assistance both inside and outside the facility. I travel outside the facility supporting the work of Service Managers, Plant Managers, and the General Manager of Operations. Inside the plant, I conduct internal audits of products, record inventory, and physically organize products to be sent out for delivery daily. Outside the plant, I accompany Route Drivers and assist them with their deliveries interacting with customers, and facilitating service requests such as ordering new products or installing future products. I also assist Service Managers with proper sizing of uniforms as well as work directly with Accounts Receivable to ensure customer compliance with invoice payments.

Completed various administrative tasks for the Contracting Officers within the Division. Completed some substantial projects while employed that included scanning and uploading more than 5,000 documents into an electronic filing system, accessing Government accounting websites to compare contract obligations to the contractor invoiced dollars, to reconcile the funded amount that could be de-obligated from contracts. I developed multiple spreadsheet formats that compiled data in such a way that the Government contracting officer utilized it in a variety of facets to improve the work processes in the office. Researched data and documented the results that were later used to answer a Congressional inquiry.

Responsible for the accountability/oversight of funds within the main store safe. Completed cashier close-out and sought discrepancies between register and cash on-hand. Condensed all cashier totals and balanced with the overall end-of-day cash accountability report. Verified all incoming cash from the security transport and prepared the stores out-going cash for pick-up.
