Ryan Dearth is a creative problem solver bent on always producing high-level imagery. Whether the assignment is for a multi-national brand campaign aiming to increase sales, or hiking through the jungle following an NGO providing aid in a developing country, the underlying approach is the same; capture honest, real, and authentic momentsRyan spent his childhood living all over the U.S. and abroad casually using a camera in his young travels. He has degrees in both Physics and Geology, spent months doing technical work as a geophysicist aboard ships in the Gulf of Mexico and the North Sea, he has worked for Pulitzer Prize winning photojournalists as well as Nobel Prize winning physicists, and has been to over 25 countries. A drive to follow his passions ultimately pushed him to start a business in photography in 2010. Such a diverse background lends itself well to building strong relationships and connecting well with others while they're in front of his camera. Outside of photography, Ryan mostly enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing, climbing, biking, and hiking with his dog, Chase.
