• Responsible for the general, day to day assistance residents may need, or to refer the resident to needed services• Enforce university policies and ensure they are being followed • Host meetings with residents to spread important information• Create engaging programs that residents can participate in • Settle and resolve roommate disagreements as they arise• Work approximately 4 desk hours per week, on call nights, and conduct rounds of the premises• Attends training twice a year, with intermittent continued training opportunities
