Ryan's passion for marketing and automating processes is the reason Leverage Media Firm was born. Many of Ryan's colleagues continually asked him about his marketing efforts, overtime he began creating marketing campaigns for local businesses revolving around text message marketing and social media advertising. While he throughly enjoys helping other businesses develop new marketing campaigns he only works with small number of clients.

In October of 2013 Ryan was promote to Director of Operations and began overseeing all day to day operations and long term planning for the company. Since then he has increased sales year over year, developed and grown an international presence, lead multiple new product development projects, and worked with multiple vendors to increase employee benefits and reduce insurance costs.

As the Commercial Manager, Ryan was tasked with developing new sales channels and growing the existing dealer network. His efforts led to multiple customer research projects that guided a new direction for the company. He lead a team of co-workers and outside vendors in a complete company rebranding project and streamlined sales processes while turning the companies focus to a direct to consumer sales model.

At 25 years old Ryan leaped into the world of entrepreneurship. Purchasing his first late night live music venue. Within two years SOP's on Main was regarded as "Peoria's home for live music". Known as the place to go after concerts, SOP's has hosted numerous national acts. For nine years SOP's offered the community a place to see both national and regional acts on a regular basis. Ryan was known as the voice of SOP's, his creative approach to radio advertising always spurred excitement and curiosity.
