Client Relations Director – Responsibilities include:• Monthly quota for product portfolio that includes DME (enteral, oral nutrition, incontinence, urologic supplies), pediatric private duty nursing services, and pediatric therapy services. • Increased and managed sales by building and maintaining relationships with 65+ healthcare professional offices with ~ 150 contacts which deliver repeatable sales opportunities every month.• Host educational programs to communicate Epic portfolio information to healthcare professionals.• Sales are directed at pediatric accounts (pediatricians, family doctors, ENT’s, case managers, social workers, government funded groups, schools, registered nurses).• Epic recognized my expertise in the DME sales area by asking that I train new sales members, as well as teach organizational tactics to improve new sales team members’ efficiency each week. • Time management/organization to manage weekly schedule of 10-15 sales calls per day, management calls, customer meetings, timely follow up on pending orders, daily tracking of all new client onboarding activity.• Directed relevant nursing and clinical operations teams to fulfill customer needs, order execution, close sales.• Exposure to following CRMs: SalesForce, Healthtrust, Brightree, Raintree. • Efficient with standard office technologies such as MS Office suite.• Developed knowledge of both public and private insurance requirements to support sale of DME and nursing/therapy services. • Hired into company as Client Services Representative (Medco) and was promoted to CRD after 1 year. Currently on track for promotion to next level territory level based on availability.
