Sometimes it’s easy to get stuck in the weeds: I like to help people get out. When facing a project or challenge, of course we want to know facts before we make decisions. But it’s impossible to know everything. At some point, you just have to get down to the heart of the matter, build a story, and move onto the right strategy. That can sometimes be a challenge, but that’s what I find exciting.I support the analytics team at Delta Faucet Company, ultimately ensuring that our company is strategically investing resources based on how the market is performing. I’m in constant contact with customers, striving to understand what’s on their mind and how they’re doing. This includes tracking economic predictors and working with secondary research. Performing well, collaborating with others and maintaining credibility is at the core of everything I do. I don’t mind working under pressure (I don’t get rattled), and I’m good at getting things done in a pinch. The perfect day for me is when I have a daunting to-do-list that seems impossible to manage, but then I find a way to get it all done. Our corporate culture is the best of both worlds. On the one hand, because we perform well and create great products, it’s a very sound and secure place to work. On the other hand, we have so much fun together, and employees feel supported and appreciated. As a native of Wisconsin, I’m a huge Green Bay Packers fan. I also enjoy other sporting events, good food, and hosting friends and family. In fact, I’m passionate about cooking and love trying out new recipes or grilling techniques. My wife, sometimes gets annoyed because I’m always asking for her feedback, but it helps build and improve my skill set. Along with our two young children, we stay busy and embrace opportunities to get involved in community activities or causes whenever we can.
