Founded by Ryan Delzer, Freedom Pro Detailing is a company dedicated to delivering exceptional vehicle detailing services while wholeheartedly supporting our military community. I designed and launched the compnay's website using WordPress. I implemented a user-friendly booking form into the website, allowing customers to easily schedule and book appointments. I also implemented a mobile-responsive design for the website, ensuring a seemless user experience across various devices.

My primary responsibilities involved replacing cameras and maintaining LiDAR sensors to ensure the uptime and optimal performance of the remotely operated forklifts. I also collaborated with Lonestar Forklift for routine maintenance tasks, contributing to the equipment's reliable operation. Additionally, I created detailed support tickets to assist in resolving technical issues efficiently. My work was in support of Phantom's software, which enables people to remotely operate, assist, and supervise vehicles from thousands of miles away, including forklifts, tuggers, robots, trucks, and more.Furthermore, I proposed adding cameras on top of the LiDAR sensors. These new cameras would provide an additional view for remote operators, allowing them to gauge the forklift's proximity to pallets and other obstacles, ensuring added safety. Additionally, they can be used to detect various objects within the warehouse that may come in front of the forklifts. For instance, the cameras would have the ability to identify objects like plastic wrap in the air, and relay signals to the LiDAR to ignore such non-obstructive items, ensuring seamless production and preventing unnecessary vehicle stops.

Throughout my post-graduation internship at Beacon College, I had the opportunity to make significant contributions to the institution's IT department. One of my responsibilities was overseeing and assisting in the upgrade of the ISP transport lines, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity for the college. I successfully managed the process, ensuring a seamless transition and improved network performance.I was also entrusted by the President of Beacon College to serve on a committee responsible for selecting a new Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the college. This appointment recognized my skills and dedication, allowing me to actively participate in the interviewing process and provide valuable recommendations for the CIO position. Being part of this committee was an honor and a unique opportunity to contribute my insights to the college's strategic decision-making process.Furthermore, I played a vital role in the implementation of new computer deployments and the upgrading of the computer labs. I efficiently set up and deployed new computer systems, ensuring they were seamlessly integrated into the college's infrastructure. By introducing the latest technology to the computer labs, I contributed to creating a more advanced and productive learning environment for students and faculty.Overall, my internship at Beacon College provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in troubleshooting student IT issues and solving them quickly and efficiently, overseeing ISP upgrades, participating in the selection of a new CIO, and spearheading computer deployment and lab upgrades. These experiences have significantly enhanced my skills and deepened my understanding of IT operations in an educational setting.

Throughout my experience of working as a student worker in the IT department, I have gained valuable experience in setting up and configuring Ubiquity routers and access points throughout the college campus and dorm rooms. I have diligently assisted students in resolving their computer software and hardware issues, providing efficient troubleshooting support. Moreover, I have been actively involved in ensuring that students have access to the necessary tools and resources to thrive in their academic pursuits. With my strong background and commitment to student success, I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge in a dynamic IT role.
