Project lead for all Cyclical servicing for the city ensuring that service and inspection contracts are delivered to the standard set out in contract documents (budgets, timescales etc). Responsible for the contract and compliance of Periodic Inspection, Communal Inspections (electrical), Lightning Conductor, PAT, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Communal Ventilation, Electric Warm Air heating, Legionella, Passenger Lift Service, Stair Lift service including LOLER, Fire Extinguisher, Dry Risers, Soil Stack servicing, Controlled Entry systems and Communal electrical repairs. My team and I carry out a number of inspections and audits on contractor performance in Void, Capital, Adaptations and Responsive Repairs. We monitor all Electrical Compliance documents issued after works complete to ensure the quality and skillset of the engineers carrying out the work is satisfactory against our risk matrix.
