Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring safe and productive mining operations Organise and implement all aspects of daily mining activities, including hot seating, set up work areas, traffic management, etc Conduct daily pre-shift information meetings Communicate with the maintenance department to ensure break downs are dealt6 with in a timely manner and organise planned works for night shift Participate and communicate with IPL the client in daily planning meetings and work alongside the client to ensure adherence to mine planning Promote and mentor operators in team building and aligning the culture of our Charter and Trisafe Crew Trainer Excavator – load Haul Trucks; cleaning up batters; Grader – haul road maintenance, pit floor maintenance; Bulldozer – pit floor maintenance, level stockpiles; Front End Loader - stock piling, loading hopper, loading trucks. Haul Truck – hauling and dumping; Water Cart – dust suppression; In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, during my employment at Phosphate Hill I have also acted in the Superintendent Role for B Crew on numerous times, including 4 weeks during August 2019 and September 2019; I have been a Work Health and Safety Representative and a member of the Emergency Response Team.

Key Responsibilities included: I have completed a variety of works with Plant Equipment, including Patrol Base Builds in Afghanistan and Road Maintenance. I was involved in regular completion of Plant Equipment maintenance. Prior to my training and appointment as a Plant Operator, my role was that of a Combat Engineer. In this role my tasks included building and maintenance of infrastructure in the local Townsville area and during my deployments to East Timor and Afghanistan. In addition, I have also provided assistance in disaster relief and search tasks, while at the Melbourne Commonwealth Games. I also completed Military Training in Basic Explosive Detonation.

Key Responsibilities included: Stripping engines; complete all head work; bore and hone the block; grind the crank shaft During the third year of my Apprenticeship, I was responsible for a team of workers who worked on the Engine Block. I had to report daily to the Foreman on the progress of the team throughout the day.
