I work as part of a team that supports children that do not suit the main stream educational system. Focusing on an active learning style through a hands on approach. Supporting the PE Department in running various educational sports sessions in Secondary School. I can run these independently or as part of a team. I also support the School in covering other subjects as and when required, such as Maths / English / Science etc.

Referee all ages of football.

I volunteer as an FA Registered coach for 3x U12 and U9’s football team. I run a motivation and fitness session alongside this each Sunday for kids and parents of all ages.

I form part of the logistics branch, specialising in this area. I am an AB2 while I complete my task book to achieve AB1, this will have to include 2 weeks at sea. I am committed to serve a minimum of 28 days per year, made up off evening’s / weekend and a yearly 2-week training session in my specialist area.

I work on the training team to deliver the inductions to all new HCA employees. Alongside this also deliver Medication training and Refreshers for experienced HCA, Nurses and Seniors. Each week I also work in various care sectors to keep increasing my experience and knowledge.

I work directly with the company owners to aid them in moving the business forward. I was headhunted to join the company to manage the Industrial division whilst also using my experience to catapult the company into the future. I have implemented new ways of working across the business in all areas including HR, recruitment and setting up a company mission statement which includes its core values. Under my leadership we have increased profit, deployed a sales strategy and changed the internal onboarding process alongside a follow up training schedule to reflect. My team has become significantly more enthusiastic as these changes have directly resulted in a better work life balance given them the freedom to work from home when needed.

I am working as part of the company’s operational management team. Supporting various clients across the UK with temporary labour requirements. During my peak i oversaw 13 sites from Hull via Haydock to Dundee. My team peaked at 39 perm staff who collectively delivered +17000 temp hours per week.

Account Manager (Greencore Consett & KP Tanfield, XPO Washington)Taken over this problem site. Providing Greencore with onsite recruitment solution. Implementation of systems routines and procedures to deliver in excess of 150 trained and inducted workers per day. Bring the site up to speed in all areas of compliance. Taking control of an onsite team of 3 and delivering improved margins to the company through productive workforce and renegotiating implementation rates. Assisted in launching agency workers into this site.

General Manager (Baltic Kitchen, Events & Compliance) In general day to day control of a busy Baltic Kitchen and coordination of all events such as weddings, corporate functions, receptions. All aspects of cash and stock control, staffing, training and overall standards. Auditing to control all compliance, legislation and training for Fresh Element.

July 2011 – April 2013: Frankie & Benny’s Bolden.General Manager / Area Support / Trainer Initially appointed as general manager at Frankie & Benny’s Washington branch, I transferred to the busier and more challenging Bolden branch in August 2012. I achieved an improvement in guest care and general restaurant standards as well as an overall improvement in profitability during my time at this branch. I was asked to support the Area Operations team in training and Profit Control.

Catering Manager (Fixed 6 month Contract) I was employed as a Tesco’s In-unit Cafe Manager. My duties included ensuring operational effectiveness in all areas of the business. In this position I was responsible for meeting the needs of the client as well as Compass and for all aspects of HR, Admin, Employment Law and Health and Safety requirements on site.

General ManagerI was employed as general manager of this busy restaurant in the centre of Wetherby. I was required to meet targets set by the company to ensure business growth. My achievements at this restaurant included improving standards and controls to a point where it regularly achieved a healthy monthly profit for the first time in four years. I dramatically improved sales whilst managing to decrease labour costs, standard cost of sales and improve audit scores.

General Manager / Openings ManagerI assisted in the opening of this new venue in the centre of York where I recruited and organised a full team of staff for both front and back of house. My role as General Manager meant I was required to deal with all aspects of running the business including staff training, ensuring all budgets were adhered to, P&L accounts completed, forecasts produced weekly and the marketing of the business ensured we retained our high profile within the city. I was requested to take part in the operational team as Openings Manager.

Restaurant Assistant ManagerI initially worked as required in restaurants around the resort. I was soon promoted to assistant manager at Lucianos Restaurant within the complex. I organised staffing both in kitchen and front of house, ensuring smooth running of this busy venue. I was responsible for all aspects of food requisition, cash handling and staffing, whilst meeting minimum targets set each week.

ChefAfter completing a training program I worked on HMS Sutherland for The Royal Navy. My duties included working alongside a team of chefs preparing meals for the Captain's table, banquets as well as feeding the ship's company.
