About Ryan Dial
Throughout my career I have had the chance to work on a lot of fun and exciting projects. I have had the chance to work with some amazing people who have taught me many things that make me the person I am today. From all of these experiences and relationships I have found a few key things that keep me motivated and wanting to get up for work in the morning. The first thing is the challenge. I am always looking for the next challenge or problem that needs to be solved. I am at my best when I am lying awake at night thinking about the best way to solve the current problem that I am working. I enjoy it, I love it, it's what keeps me going. As one boss told me, if there aren't any problems, then the company doesn't need us. Every company has challenges and problems, and I am the type of person that wants to be there to help solve those problems. The second thing that keeps me going are the relationships I build with people within my company, as well as outside the company. For me relationships are key to keeping businesses successful. This doesn't mean that we always have to get along, but it does mean that we show mutual respect for each other and work together with a common goal of making the company and our products better. The last thing is continuous improvement. I am never satisfied with where I am or where the company is at. I believe that all of us should be continuously improving to make ourselves better in all aspects of life. I focus on gaining new experience in different areas, along with continuing my education so that I am best prepared for the things that the job may throw at me.
Listed skills include Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Team Leadership, Product Development, and 12 others.
