I manage the front line service staff of 9 who handle our new account, teller and lending areas. I am also responsible for compliance, HR duties such as payroll and hiring.

Managed a branch of 18 employees including tellers, new account representatives, collectors, loan officers and the visa department in the absence of the branch manager. Directly supervised the lending team of 6 employees on a daily basis, created goals, coached and trained on new policies and guidelines. Routinely led the lending department in loan dollars and loans funded, consistently cross sold supplemental insurance products at a high level. Trained and supported my direct manager upon his hiring to SharePoint and worked very closely to create a strong team that exceeded executive managements expectations on a quarterly basis.Took loan applications, underwrote and made lending decisions, cross-sold additional loan products and looked for other opportunities to bring additional lending business to SharePoint. Led the weekly branch staff meeting as well as the lending team meeting, created the agenda and reviewed the notes before they were posted. Created and facilitated daily huddles in the St Louis Park branch which kept us all informed and connected of changes, promotions or meetings.

Opened all types of financial accounts including new memberships, savings, checking, certificates of deposit and Individual Retirement Accounts. Provided excellent member service while reconciling accounts, correcting errors and trouble shooting account issues. Entered, processed, and closed a variety of loan products including secured, revolving and home equity products. Responsible for covering various branches, positions and hours depending upon the need throughout the metro area, included opening and closing branch operations, maintaining vault and encoding checks. Demonstrated considerable flexibility with little or no advance notice. Performed teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and ACH/EFT set up and/or changes.
