• Developed analytics platform to predict and monitor customer lifetime value (LTV), from application through quote, policy issuance, upsell and cross sell stages. LTV model led to more refined marketing, underwriting.
• Refined marketing segmentation and channel optimization by constructing a relational database and analytics platform to track online, direct mail, phone and in-person contacts; integrated deliverable with quoting.
