49Ers Prep Senior Coordinator
CurrentResponsible for coaching, teaching, and coordinating programmatic development of various youth sports programs, services and High School engagement initiatives within the San Francisco 49ers Organization.- Responsible for building and fostering relationships with local high school coaches and athletic directors to increase community impact.- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing over 100 events including: Junior Training Camps, Fun Runs, USA Football Protection Tour, USA Football Regional Development Camp, Football Camp for the Stars, Honor Bowl, Mentorship Academy, Play 60 Character Camp, Rookie PREP Clinic, T.H.I.N.K. Gold, Levi's (R) Stadium High School Football Series, and Game Day Youth Football Activations.- Responsible for developing curriculum and programming for the inaugural 49ers PREP Presented by U.S. Bank Skills Camp Fueled by Gatorade and 49ers 3-Day Youth Football Camp -Responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the logistics of events for 49ers PREP and fan engagement.-Serve as liaison to all contractors, partners and departments for events (when with both Marketing and PREP).-Develop and maintain event estimates, budget reports, invoicing, expense logs, time logs, damage reports, etc.-Develop and maintain post event summaries.-Troubleshoot during event preparation and during event to ensure that all event setups are correct including making decisions about policy, procedures, billing, and staffing.-Fulfill roles as required at all team events including those organized by Marketing, 49ers Foundation, CR ,and PREP.-Interact with staff in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner including managing event interns while providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
