At Checkit, my role as Head of Business Development in North America includes the oversight of the entire sales motion from GTM planning, ICP development, development of new leads and executing on enterprise sales cycles. I take pride in breaking the cycle of poor sales experiences for buyers and bringing a more human element to every relationship. Challenges I enjoy overcoming include many aspects a startup environment often has including identifying product market fit, failing quickly and figuring out what works and scaling it. In my personal life, I am thoroughly enjoying figuring out my way through raising identical twin 1 year old girls with my wife, playing with my dog Barnacle and suffering as my sports teams continue to fail.
