This includes planning projects, keeping to project timeliness, delegating work to other scientists, and analysing and presenting data and progress updates to project stakeholders. Projects I have focused on have involved making improvements to protein chromatography, QC processes such as Western blots, and formulating buffers for protein stability and processing. I am also a trainer in a variety of technical processes at the company, including SDS-PAGE and Western blots.
