After graduation I pursued this dream fulltime.A long career of learning from mistakes, never giving up, and always keeping others (clients and staff) front of mind resulted in my company (Isosceles) becoming a regional leader in the IT services delivery space. Throughout this journey I learnt that I excel at leadership, helping our staff deliver a highly professional and personalized service. We covered everything technical that a business needed to operate from the wires in the walls, hardware, and software. Constantly adding to our service offerings, and pivoting away when certain technologies fell out of service.I transformed from a quiet "nerd" to a lead by example CEO operating in HR, Finance, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Service. As a company must always be focused on growth, my wife and I decided in 2022 (26 years later) to merge with a larger company (Sunco), instead of expanding outside of our regional area. We also wanted more opportunity for our staff, and a chance to carve out some more personal time for ourselves.In 2024 onward, I am continuing to work with a client base that is like family in my role at Kootenay Office Systems (division of TTLP), selling and supporting Ricoh products and services.
