This includes overseeing our global helpdesk, which handles inbound queries and work requests from these stakeholders. My team, spread across three global locations with approximately 60 members, is responsible for end-to-end operational workstreams. These workstreams encompass audit, payment processing, participant administration, target setting, sales rewards programs, adjustments, and fiscal year rollover activities, all while ensuring adherence to and shaping policy, compliance, and audit requirements.
