A Replenishment Planner’s purpose is to satisfy customer requirements by managing finished goods and work-in-process inventories at our manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. This requires managing data and forecast, monitoring existing inventory, understanding consumption trends and lead time factors, coordinating production and deployment for production facilities and distribution centers. Main Responsibilities• Resolve service issues, respond to operational issues and maintain service levels• Work with cross functional teams to ensure flow of product through the system• Maintain cycle stock, safety stock and in-transit stock to target levels• Work with Global Supply Chain organization to evaluate and utilize most cost effective sourcing and transportation modes• Manage product flow through the entire supply chain cycle (forecast, supply planning, production, transportation, receipt, and consumption)• Partner with sales teams and internal customers to manage stock programs and adjusts as needed for changing market conditions• Analyze sales history, seasonality, promotional activity, and inventory levels for decision making
