Upon Graduating from Edinboro University, I was hired at RainEater Wiper Blades for Sales and Marketing. During my time at RainEater, I grew the companies consignment program from just 50 accounts to over 400 accounts. This included shop to shop sales and distributorship outreach. I also re-designed all marketing materials including brochures, business cards, flyers, banners, and postcards. Through marketing design and website development, I was able to re-built their online presence and increase online sales by roughly 900%.In 2015, I left RainEater Wiper Blades and joined Accudyn Products, Inc. as a shift supervisor. This was a new position for Accudyn and they were looking for someone who would work closely with Human Resources and the Production Manager to grow the culture and increase employee performance. During my time as shift supervisor I cultivated a high-performance culture and developed a lot of the internal practices that are still in use today. In 2016, Accudyn switched to a new ERP system. I was the lead trainer for implementing the new software across all shifts and employees in the manufacturing plant. I developed all procedures for manufacturing and warehouse and currently oversee all training, processes, and inventory management.I continued to grow my skills as a trainer and in 2019 I received my CTC certification for corporate training. I then built an internal training website which currently is used to train and develop all employees.Currently, I am in charge of all inventory management, running and maintaining safety, safety training, employee training, warehouse optimization, manufacturing optimization including 5s, production support, IT support, software and app development, employee onboarding, and employee development plans including a skills matrix tier program.
