Ryan is management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), where he leads an agile delivery team focused on modernizing data collection initiatives across the federal government. Manages cross-functional delivery teams to produce targeted data solutions for the federal government. Staffed and trained – and now leads and mentors – a scaled-agile delivery team, with technical leads, back-end developers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers. Designed a stakeholder-driven modular data ecosystem, anchored by the IT Collect API, that enhances transparency of government IT spend data and enables cross-government and industry spend comparisons. Coordinates with key government stakeholders to author and support policy development. Shaped system architecture technical designs and created data analytics and visualization templates. Collaborates with agencies and industry experts to design KPIs and other data usability mechanisms for government data.

I worked as an intern for the Relationship Management Department for two consecutive summers. Most recently, I mapped out the distribution network of Calvert funds, by looking at the fees charged to certain share classes on different platforms. I also worked on projecting how several proposed fee increases would affect Calvert. The previous summer, I was responsible for creating a database detailing all of Calvert's contracts and sales agreements, and researching the financial statements released by Calvert's focus firms. Another important function of my job was to analyze the sales trends of Calvert funds, allowing me to develop reports displaying regional sales data. Finally, I was also in charge of tracking the budget and receipts of the Relationship Management and Marketing Departments.
