(Cisco, Ubiquiti/Unifi, Meraki) Security/camera systems.  (Axis, Verkada, Hikvision, Meraki, Ubiquiti/Unifi)Our largest project was completed recently at the new Expedia HQ where we provided Enterprise WiFi to a one million square foot commercial building and managed it for 3 years.  Built-out and designed 6 conference rooms for the GLY Construction.  Designed and installed 9 fully automated conference rooms for both of Andersen Constructions Seattle offices.  Tracked company revenue margins and worked with finance team to improve profitability.Implemented stringent data security protocols to safeguard assets.Ran multiple types of equipment involving Extron, Shure and Cisco codecs.

Upgraded networks at all stores and corporate to a cloud managed enterprise solution.  40+ sites.  (Ubiquiti)Implemented cloud based enterprise music system at all locations. Managed all store new construction, making sure all stores are delivered on time, built to specs. Opened over 20 new stores during my tenure. Held weekly meetings with all general contractors to assure schedules were being followed. Handled all RFI's and approved change orders. Frequently visited sites to ensure buildouts were correct.

Managed a crew of 10 warehouse employees.Facilities management including 17 head-ends and 4 warehouses in 2 states. Quarterly purchasing of all installation material, tools and cable equipment. Implemented the WASP inventory system in all facilities. Fleet management of 79 vehicles, purchased over 20 new vehicles. Assisted leadership team in creation of yearly budgets. Assisted in the coordination of 4 successful digital upgrades in our cable plant in one year.

Supervised a staff of up to 15 employees at each site.  Designed the production floor plan and supervised the demo/construction crews for our Boston and New York distribution centers.Oversaw 3 warehouses simultaneously, (in three different states) traveling frequently at short notice.  Handled every aspect of human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor relations, logistics, and IT.  Wrote annual budgets for each site, totaling four million dollars annually.  Reviewed Profit and Loss Reports and Transaction Details monthly to ensure strict cost controls.  Traveled to different Vendors around the country and trained drivers on postal route pickups.
