I am a 22-year-old student that enjoys working with other people to achieve a common outcome, this is the reason I went into behavioural psychology as it is a field where I am able to learn and work with incredibly knowledgeable and skilled individuals with the intentions of improving somebody's quality of life. Some strengths I have that I intend to utilize to reach this outcome are I work well in a group setting and do not mind having to take the lead in order to get a project done, I am a good communicator with peers and other professionals, and I am always willing and ready to learn something new. I believe that these strengths will be crucial in achieving my career aspirations of becoming a certified Behaviour Analyst under the BCAB.
