I am a freelance consultant that specialises in all areas within the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) proceedings.I have had extensive experience over the years managing a Confiscation & Restraints department and working on a wide range of POCA matters, ranging from a breach of Restraint Order to multi million pound MTIC (Missing Trader Intra-Community) Fraud Cases. Such experience includes the involvement in confiscation cases pursuant to The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA), The Drugs Trafficking Act 1994 and The Criminal Justice Act 1988. I am happy to undertake work on all POCA matters ranging from discrete small matters to the largest and highest profile cases.
