Thank you for viewing my profile.Having now worked in the food industry, pharmaceutical 3rd party logistics, corrugated and automotive paint manufacturing, I am well versed in the different auditing and licensing requirements of these industries. Such as a BRC audit during my time at The Kerfoot Group of which I worked very closely with the technical director and manager to achieve the companies highest rating from the audit on consecutive years. During my time at MPW I was working to the MHRA standard which I worked with the regional operations and site manager to achieve our MHRA standard. My time in corrugated and automotive car paint has provided me with great understanding in the requirements and work required in achieving the ISO9001 + ISO14001 this includes joining a business and getting the ISO standards that had not been achieved before.With my roles involving 3rd party logistics and Director at a automotive garage, I have had a lot of client contact and customer service requirements which I enjoy and thrive under the pressure which can be put on by a client. Working in any fast paced environment I find my people management skills are very reliable and help to raise moral as well as performance.I have a keen eye for Health and Safety and look to implement positive and necessary change as soon as possible and introduce any documentation and controls as required.I have introduced training and created the documents to record all training and was also qualified as a fork lift truck instructor and the qualification helped me to better teach and introduce any member of the team to a new environment/procedure, as well as giving me the ability to understand the different requirements of teaching team members.Performing risk assessments and site checks have become a part of my roles that I also enjoy as well as standard operating procedures.Looking to be involved in any projects that might come up and help drive progression for the company I work for.
