I earned my Upper Second-Class Computer Science degree from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2021. As part of my university studies, I have developed several projects from simple applications to a virtual reality simulation. Alongside my studies, I have 10 years experience in a managerial customer facing role and as a result have gained excellent communication and team building skills.I currently work for West-Dunbartonshire Council as a 1st Line Support Analyst and hope this is the beginning of a long and prosperous career in the IT industry. Currently my main responsibilities involve:-Providing prompt and effective technical assistance to users via phone, email or in-person.Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication with end users.Assisting in setting up new devices, software installations and user accounts.Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents, solutions and procedures.
