This work is out in conjunction with the GPhC-I support developments in IETP reform leading to IP accreditation at the point of registration• For Foundation Year Training-I ensure suitable and effective quality assurance programme is in place, to be reported via the Registrar to Council-I support developments in Foundation Training Year reform leading to IP accreditation at the point of joining the register.-I manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure the effective delivery of the Foundation Training Year and the Common Registration Assessment• For post registration Pharmacists-I ensure effective delivery and reporting to Council on accreditation of programs leading to annotation of the register-I manage on developments in post registration, education, and training.-I oversee the current CPD regime• In the registration of Pharmacists-I oversee the student register and registration process-I manage registration in order to support the Registrar to carry out their statutory duties

• I managed multiple stores around Derry and Newcastle on days branch managers were absent where I would be involved in the day-to-day tasks of managing the store, checking prescriptions and talking with the regular patients.• I was involved in providing services such as Medicine Use Reviews, counselling patients on the use of their medications and delivering the Flu vaccination service.• I had to manage stores that were in charge of making up medicines for certain care homes which involved putting the medication into trays and ensuring prescriptions came down in a timely manner so that the patients were not without medicine when the trays were delivered.• We had to work to complete targets in certain stores by completing a certain amount of Medicine Use Reviews and dispensing a certain amount of items each month.
