Human Resources Business Partner providing strategic HR business support to leadership and employees at 1,080 bed Level I Trauma, Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC). Responsible for Coordinating a variety of HR related programs (Leave of Absence, Performance Management System, Annual Enrollment, Credentials, etc.); Evaluates, monitors, processes, and approves HRIS employee actions to ensure accuracy; Liaison for employee benefits, Maintains logs, reports and files as needed/requested; Advises and assists leaders and employees on employee relations issues including mediation and separation of employment situations; Maintains Flexible Position Control for assigned departments; Facilitates questions and requests from regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities: Responsible for on-line application system; reviewing applicants, forwarding to appropriate Directors and responding and keeping in contact with applicants. Establish credibility with hiring managers and maintain continuous contact to ensure that specific recruitment needs are being met. Participates in job/career fairs. Coordinates recruitment advertisements. Coordinates hiring process for new hires. Assists in other areas of Human Resources as needed.
