At TNT my role was to answer incoming calls and deal with any queries that customers had in a professionalmanner. The queries could be a simple track of an item going through the network or alternatively may havebeen more of a complex complaint. TNT was my first exposure to customer service over the phone which only enhanced my skills from face to face.Shortly after being with TNT on the phones I was asked to take up a leader role due to my past leadershipexperience. Within this role currently I am leading a team of 14 people through developing there customerservice skills and ensuring all of our customers get the right experience they should be receiving, I do this byeffective communication and demonstrating skills as well as a mixed adapted approach to coaching dependenton the individuals learning style.

Having firstly started at McDonald's as a crew member my job entailed serving customers in a professionalquick and accurate manner ensuring all customers left happily and were willing to return. From time to timerotation had to be put into place and I have had to then swap mentality and go into the kitchen and learn theins and the outs of the products I was serving.Soon after the business manager had seen faith and procedures of mine at a high standards at all times, Sotherefore she wanted me to teach those in following steps this then led me onto promotion to a crew trainer.After becoming a Crew trainer it was not to long after I was offered the opportunity to step up to the managersrole of the job aspect. I took the opportunity and had to go to numerous further training. Having finished allmy further training I was then promoted to a manager. My role was to look after the floor and ensure thatthe shifts that I am running are going smoothly and every customer that steps through the door leaves witha great experience. However not everybody can be pleased so I have had to deal with quite a few customercomplaint and queries to. Being a manager I have also had to undertake the responsibility of opening the storeon occasions as well taking responsibility of the safe with a lot of cash handling to be adhered to.
