My passion project for a secret (not so secret) love of mine, A Cappella. I created this annual UCI event to give back to the Southern California music community after growing as a singer/director and honestly becoming the person I am today thanks to this community. • Raised 5-figures in funding and products by pitching to local businesses and UCI departments to create first SoCal A Cappella Music Festival at the Irvine Barclay Theatre.• Executed outreach strategy leveraging social media, local newspapers, and in-person marketing to get audience of 700+. • Lead planning and execution of video and sound for the event (e.g. finding and negotiating prices for a live mixer, microphones, speakers, cameras, film team, and directing them during the event.)• Gave collegiate performers high-quality, professional recordings of their performances at the event- free of charge- to help upgrade the marketing for the up-and-coming singers of the next generation!

Attempt to tackle the problem of tight, expensive apartments in Hong Kong by matching people who need to store their belongings with others who have space and helps them move those items on-demand. Created at Asia-Pacific Innovation Academy accelerator in Shenzhen, China. • Led 5-person international team of UX designer, software engineer and marketing/business professional from Britain, Germany, Thailand, and the United States.• Created simple working prototype using Facebook Groups, Facebook Ads, and GoGoVan for on-demand delivery. • Conducted surveys and interviews for market validation and to collect user feedback of InVision UX Design.• Designed business/revenue model and pitch deck and pitched to panel of investors, including Duncan Davidson.
