Manage all active and reserve Marine manpower, requisition, assignment, in-processing and out-processing, evaluation, promotion, casualty, leave, pay and personnel administrative functions for 42 authorized Marine billets within US Transportation Command (USTC), Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC), and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). As the Command's Reserve Liaison Lead, managed the G-1 OpSponsor responsibilities, focusing on MROWS and Drill Management Module coordination, and provided oversight for MARCORSYSCOM Individual Mobilized Augmentee members and reserve duties. Additionally, managed and coordinated over 100 annual training events, overseeing all administrative actions to accurately record completion as the Training Representative for the Chief of Staff's office. Ensured all HQ Group personnel met education and annual training requirements by reconciling and maintaining training records. Reviewed and routed administrative matters and taskers, managed the MCSC G-1 inbox, and ensured proper handling of correspondence. Performed all duties as the ODTA within the Defense Travel System.

Provide procedural assistance in preparing, submitting, retrieving, and auditing records within MCTFS, UD/MIPS, OLDS, and other automated manpower information systems. Duties include problem-solving for reporting units, monitoring system updates, addressing Marine online issues, and conducting training visits for active and reserve units. Supported over 100 reporting units and 20,000 to 70,000 Marines regionally. Assigned the MOS 0171 after 12 months of OJT in a Manpower Information System Support Office (MISSO) with approval from the Officer in Charge and CMC.

Responsible for processing over 10,000 naval correspondences, managing casualty assistance procedures, and maintaining records management program, including over 500 correspondence files, orders, bulletins, and other publications. Managed the awards program and oversaw the temporary additional duty (TAD) travel orders process for over 1,000 Marines. Supervised postal affairs, managed performance evaluations for 10 Marines, and performed security management. Conducted legal administration for over 200 disciplinary matters. Oversaw, coordinated, provided Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), personnel services, and the personal/family readiness program for over 1,000 Marines.
