Facilitate character development based mountaineering trips lasting 2-4 weeks with a very diverse student base and ages ranging between 13-21. They are heavily focused on overall backpacking skills, mountaineering skills, rock climbing skills, leadership, and personal growth.

Trip facilitator for rock climbing, backpacking, and service oriented trips during the fall and spring semesters. CRMS trips combine college preparatory academics, technical outdoor skills, and community service.

Taught middle and high school math as well as a variety of electives at this experiential school. Also led and organized multiple experiential field trips for entire school throughout Colorado and Utah.
