About Ryan E Miller, Phd

With over five years of experience in academia and consulting, I am passionate about applying my expertise in strategy, innovation, and product design to empower organizations and leaders to achieve excellence. As an Assistant Professor at Grove City College, I teach courses on business analytics and collaborate with faculty and students on interdisciplinary research projects. I am also a Partner at Morelle Group, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in leadership development, product development and organizational transformation.In an earlier academic role, I created and taught a new course on Product Design and Branding, which combines theory and practice to equip students with the skills to design products that appeal to target audiences and reflect the brand identity.
