And then I tell them that my grandma was mean and she had no filter and had very little patience. But I loved her and expected that she should be treated with respect and dignity.I am a data nerd and I love to go through excel spreadsheets, I use the data along with feedback from the team to create solutions that empower the team and prove the ROI. The first project that I led I was able to find $250,000 of annual revenue. I was hooked from that point on. One of my great joys in life is to mentor someone who has not realized their potential yet and turn them into a leader. I have helped over 15 team members to a position in management.
