    As a HUMINT Team Leader serving in the 109th MI BN, I trained, mentored and certified a combined 40 HUMINT and SIGINT team members and deployed twice in support of contingent operations in Iraq (2009-2010) and Afghanistan (2012-2013). Liaised with instructors from the Advanced Special Techniques (ASOT) Course to create and implement new training opportunities which improved lesson plans and instructional methodology for more than ten training cycles. While working in Iraq, I served as a Senior Interrogator for Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force (CJSOTF) and conducted a combined total of more than 1000 interrogations, both tactical and fixed site, of High Value Individuals (HVI) resulting in the successful degradation of over 25 terrorist and insurgent networks and production of approximately 2500 intelligence reports. I mentored interagency personnel on interrogation questioning methodology ensuring accurate and timely intelligence collection and dissemination. I increased overall mission capabilities through liaison with multiple echelons working throughout Iraq. While deployed to RC East, Afghanistan with the 109th Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion (BN), I conducted Category II Source Operations, HVI Targeting and HVI Targeting Packet development, Tactical Site Exploitation, Enhanced Close Access Target Reconnaissance, Friendly Force Debriefing and Deliberate Detention Operations. I was additionally responsible for supervising all aspects of Military Source Operations (MSO) including management of Intelligence Contingency Funds disbursement, utilization and accountability. Furthermore, I managed and provided quality assurance and quality control of all intelligence reporting and Military Source databases. Cumulatively accountable for Military property and equipment valued in excess of $20,000,000.
