This wide range of topics, duties, and areas that I touch gives me great insight into intricacies of finance, and allows me to build rapport and relations with Executive and Holding Company personnel as well as with entry level staff, and those just beginning their careers in this exciting field.
Training Specialist
As a Training Specialist I have the opportunity to teach newly hired bank representatives the fundamentals of banking and customer service. I also cross-train representatives in the various retail banking skill-sets listed below. I am responsible for constructing lesson plans and teaching classes of up to 12 individuals for 1-4 weeks. Topics covered include customer service, product information, loan servicing, C.A.R.E. Service to Sales and online banking. In addition to teaching I am also responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting online training manuals and documents for the skill groupings mentioned above using Microsoft Office, Docutools, and Sharepoint.
