All of my life, I have loved digging deep into data. As an avid sports fan, I always have my phone open to a page where I can watch live stats and determine where my team's issues are at (that is... when the issue isn't with the officiating). My favorite types of news articles to read were ones with tables or enumerated lists, structured data that complimented the story being told.During my undergraduate degree, I found a groove in programming, then data science, then AI and machine learning. There is something satisfying about writing hundreds (sometimes thousands) of lines of code, then watching it compile into a solution that you can see with your own eyes. Having worked in many different leadership roles (professionally and in my community), I have been able to develop interpersonal skills that you can't learn in a classroom or from the pages of a book. In addition to soft skills that I have developed, I possess a very technical background. In terms of software development, I have experience with Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Node.js, React, and Vue.js. On the backend, I have used C# (.NET) and Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI). For data science, I mostly have used Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn, nltk, tensorflow, matplotlib) and R (ggplot, dplyr, tidyr, Shiny) for data manipulation and analysis.I have developed other skills for various projects (Java, Bash, Linux) but mostly, I love to learn about new technologies and how to master them.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Leadership, Public Speaking, and 8 others.
