Oversaw the transformation of India projects by 123% improvement for profitability while reshaping how projects would be executed from planning through execution with a focus on digital. Developed key talent to run the BD and Country Manager role upon successfully executing the transformation. Oversaw the transformation of Malaysia that improved by over 1,500%. Pursued the first i-RDC (Integrated Rig Drilling Contract) with Petronas and deployed the largest well construction digital package Halliburton has every deployed globally. The integrated pipeline increased by 270% across Southeast Asia as I also was the business development for integrated projects. Finally I was the the digital focal point for Halliburton in Asia Pacific covering Southeast Asia, India and China regarding Halliburton's digital solutions.

Brunei Darussalam

Project Manager for Brunei Shell Petroleum overseeing the largest plug and abandonment campaign globally for either Halliburton or Shell. Started 3 product lines in a new country and successfully started the project without any delays or issues. After completing the first platform, executed the next 9 months (~12 wells) under AFE for both time and cost. Also acted as Country Manager for Halliburton Project Management where I significantly assisted in securing the first Hydraulic Workover Unit in Brunei on a long term basis for BSP to run their integrated HWU campaign. Started up the second integrated project in under 15 months with no issues. Finally oversaw Boots & Coots well control operations. Assisted the BD team to gain traction in Brunei and develop a new offering. I had a team of directs and indirects of over 40 people and responsible for P&L that ranged over $20 million per year.

Pre-load belt 1 line manager. I was responsible in assisting the pre-load manager with a smooth operation for belt 1. I also trained new hires on how to load the trucks properly and user the scanners. I was responsible for a smooth operation of belt 1 along with loading both the Fort Leonard Wood and Saint Roberts truck. These two truck combined averaged 600 packages a day, and it was my responsibility to place the packages in the correct location of the truck along with accurately scanning each package to insure operation integrity.

Iraan, Texas

Production Intern. During my summer here I worked on the following items.1) Upgrading a booster station who had a scrubber constantly high leveling from the water.2) Analyzed directional drill bit information, based on accuracy of maintaining within the target zone, the rate of penetration per bit for specific formations, and overall bit satisfaction.3) Helped determine a group of wells that would benefit from being placed on a pumping unit and removed from free flowing. Also determined the correct pump size, rod stroke length, and other necessary information for each well. Assisted in 5 wells.

Field Intern. First summer after Freshman year of college. Mainly road around with pumpers on their routes and learned how a gas field operates. Also ran around with a work over unit and assisted with a couple of jobs. The main idea was to learn as much as possible about the oil and gas business, as this was my first exposure to the field.
