Assign as a Preventive Maintenance Technician:> Overhauling of machine that’s schedules for PM.> Disassemble of the Bond Head, Indexer and XY table the 3 major part of the machine.> Replacing the Critical parts (bearing, roller cage, leaf spring, Linear Encoder.> Assembly with the correct Torque and Correct screw needed.> Checking all Linear Signals and Waveform to ensure machine in Good condition before release for production.> Troubleshooting hard down machines, by analyzing the possible root cause of the failure and the error of the machine in this case we sort and identify the main root cause and prevent to occur again.> Calibration of the machine: Bond Heads, Work Holder, XY Table and Maghandler.Assign as a Line Sustaining Technician:> Perform Conversion of machine Change Device to Major Conversion.> Analyzing one of the major problems that always affecting the MTBA and Yield.> Troubleshooting hard down machines, by analyzing the possible root cause of the failure and the error of the machine in this case we sort and identify the main root cause and prevent to occur again.
