I have 11 years Call Centre experience, handling high-pressure work environments & providing high quality customer service in a calm and efficient manner. My daily tasks include; task delegation, scheduling meetings for one on one interactions with my team, providing coaching and mentoring where required as well as allocations of breaks to staff to ensure each shift runs smoothly. During each shift I ensure that the daily ASIAL Grade requirements are met above standard to ensure our service provided to our customers are to the highest standard, this ranges from Emergency alarm events to ensuring calls are answered within the standard set timeframe. I handle customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner ensuring I can provide the customer the best service possible. I always adhere to and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures put in place by my business unit to ensure the best customer experience possible.I am a driven, passionate and an enthusiastic team player who is always looking for ways to best improve our work environment, myself and team alike.
